Ubian e-shop

Ubian eShop is used to purchase season tickets (STT), top up credit on a transport card, or purchase a transport card.

For all of these operations, you need to register through ubian.sk or the mobile application and create your own account. When purchasing a transport card, the process is the same as purchasing one at the carrier's client centre. The passenger fills in an online form providing the details necessary to issue the card, pays the card issuing fee online through their bank, and chooses a delivery method.

Through the UBIAN e-shop, in addition to purchasing a new transport card, it is also possible to purchase a season ticket for your current card, or top up credit on it for travel. In this case, you need to add the card to your account.
